A day of worship. A day of laughter and so much love. But mostly a day of gratitude, being present in moments and sharing in the joy that was Chelsea and Jesse’s wedding day.
I knew they’d gone to school together but it wasn’t until we arrived and her mom so graciously and proudly showed us around the school that I realized why having one chapter close and another begin at the school was filled with so much meaning!
Their families have been friends for years. They attended the same grade school and high schools because it was the vision, faith, and work of their fathers starting the school that is truly where the story began.
So they choose to start their new chapter as husband and wife on the same grounds and in the same halls where their friendship and story began.
Thank you Chelsea and Jesse for sharing your day and your story with me. I’m honored to have witnessed such an incredibly beautiful and touching ceremony and to have celebrated with you throughout the evening.
“Mother Eagle, I have three young bucks”… I’ve never been more jumpy at a wedding than I was around these groomsmen.. notice the passenger side window. The school halls were filled with boards of love, encouragement and the cutest responses from current students at the school. This wedding has been greatly anticipated for quite some time! Wishing you both the very best as you begin your journey through life together. xo
