How much of WHO you ARE is tied to WHAT you DO?
In society, by default, we tend to define ourselves by
𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄 𝐃𝐎.
Naturally, we equate our doing (work) to the value of who we ARE (being).

Little did I know, what this self-proclamation was costing me!
I’d bust my tail to ensure my clients were satisfied, EVERYONE else was happy and the perception others had of me was kept intact.
𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞: an inability to say no, eating costs that weren’t my fault, not asking for help, continual disappointment that what I did was never enough, frustration, and always looking for what was wrong so I could “Fix” it, ie. frustration, disappointment, overwhelm, anxiety and stress.
As I began to understand the deeper meaning and connection, I began shifting and finding a healthy balance.
Two Ways of Doing
DO —> BE —> HAVE
When our Doing produces our Being it leads to what we Have. The fault lies in the direct correlation between our Doing and Being.
This limits what we have because it’s tied to what we do.
BE —> DO —> HAVE
When my Being drives my Doing–
it breaks the glass ceiling and releases unlimited possibilities.
My Being is limitless and therefore so is what I Have.
